So since Irs isn't accepting tax returns until feb 12 , are we still going to be able to efile with turbo and get the refund advance? Or we will have to wait till feb 12th to get the refund advance turbo offers?.

The refund advance that you signed up for will only be available after your federal tax return is Accepted by the IRS on or after February 12, 2021.

I always e-File on or about Feb 22, and I get my refund in  eleven days.

Perhaps I'll wait an extra week this time.
