My mother has a pin number for filing her taxes online with Turbo Tax. However, the past two years (2018 & 2019) she owed money and did not want to file online. She wanted to paper file once we had completed the return and printed it. This brings us to the 2020 filing season. We are trying to file her Federal return online this year and it keeps getting rejected. The reason for the rejection is either the 2019 AGI amount (which is correct) or the PIN number. The pin number is the same number she used in 2017. Does she have to get a new PIN or What? Your comments and suggestions are appreciated.

You can retrieve her IP PIN online at the IRS's Get an IP PIN site or call the IRS to have it mailed to you. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information:

You can also print and mail her tax return if you cannot retrieve it.
