You would not enter your $200 income in TurboTax with your Form(s)  W-2. In general, this type of income would be reported on a Schedule C for self-employment and you can deduct your "Ordinary and necessary" business expenses against it.

However, since the amount is under $400, and it appears to be a one-time incident, you can report this income on your tax return as "Other Income." You will not be able to deduct any expenses for this income.‌ (Note: If this work (handyman) is something you do on a regular basis, you would report it on a Schedule C).

You can report your $200 as "Other Income" as follows:

In TurboTax Desktop:

  1. Go to the "Wages & Income" section of TurboTax
  2. Select "I'll Choose What to Work On"
  3. Scroll down to "Less Common Income"
  4. Select "Start or Update" next to Miscellaneous Income"
  5. Scroll down to "Other Reportable Income "
  6. Select "Start or Update"
  7. Next to "Other income not already reported on a Form W-2 or Form 1099", click on "Start" or "Update"
  8. The next screen will ask, "Did you receive any other wages?" Select "Yes" and "Continue"
  9. Select "Continue" on the next 3 screens
  10. On the screen "Any Other Earned Income" Select "Yes" and "Continue"
  11. Your next screen says "Enter Source of Other Earned Income" select "Other" and "Continue"
  12. On the screen, "Any Other Earned Income" enter a description of your work and the amount ($200)
  13. Select "Done"

In TurboTax Online:

  1. Continue your return
  2. In your left panel click on "Wages & Income"
  3. Scroll down to "Less Common Income"
  4. Click on the (down-facing) caret next to "Less Common Income"
  5. Click on "Start" or "Revisit" next to "Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C
  6. Next to "Other income not already reported on a Form W-2 or Form 1099", click on "Start" or "Revisit"
  7. The next screen will ask, "Did you receive any other wages?" Select "Yes" and "Continue"
  8. Select "Continue" on the next 3 screens
  9. On the screen "Any Other Earned Income" Select "Yes" and "Continue"
  10. Your next screen says "Enter Source of Other Earned Income" select "Other" and "Continue"
  11. On the screen, "Any Other Earned Income" enter a description of your work and the amount ($200)
  12. Select "Done"
