Intuit sent me an e-mail with a code, it said I requested it, and I did not request it at all, it came on 4/5/2017. What should I do?

You can report any suspicious email that you received to https://security.intuit.com/

Do not respond to an email requesting personal information. Always log into your account from the TurboTax.com website only, and not from an email link.
