Intuit Says the CT State CT-1040 form is available but the app tells me it is waiting for the form to be available

Turbotax says I can't submit my CT state return because I am missing the CT-1040 form. I signed up for notifications for when the forms will be available and I got an email saying they were available but when I go into Turbotax and clikc "Check for Updates" my files are up to date and I get the same error. When will Turbotax have the form I need?

If you are using the check for updates options to update TurboTax and it is not preforming the update, you will need to manually update TurboTax.  To manually update TurboTax, follow these steps:

1. Close TurboTax and all other programs except this browser window.
2. Select this link to download the 319 MB update.
3. Save the update file to your Windows desktop.
4. Double-click the update file w_perrelsuperpatch... on your desktop to install the manual update.

We don't offer manual updates for TurboTax state software. If you need to update your state, here are your options.
