Intuit didn’t have the right tax percent on the Indiana taxes so I just got a bill saying the accurate tax was 3.4 and only charged 3.23 now I owe $38 and a 5.47 penalty.

What tax year are you referring to? 3.4% was the Indiana tax rate in 2015, 3.3% was the tax rate in 2016, and 3.23% was the tax rate for 2018.
