The turbo tax premier version I bought has 5 federal e-file. When my daughter is trying to install the software using her credentials, it is saying the key is already registered to another user. I have already registered this key using my credentials. Are we expected to use my login credentials to install on different computers. If my daughter uses my credentials to login, how can she file for herself when it is going to pull up my information.

TT cracked down on the rules this year. The license code can be used on computers owned by you---it cannot be given out to other people to use on random computers that you do not own. Any download will be linked to your online account. That does not mean, however, that your daughter can see your information. She cannot see your tax return. You can allow your daughter to use your computer---or a computer owned by you--- to prepare her return and she will not see your private information or tax return.
