Rejection code IND 180-01 means that the taxpayer's IP PIN was either not entered or was incorrect. 

If you need help with your IP PIN, visit www.irs.gov/get-an-ippin for further information. 

You can enter your IP PIN into TurboTax by taking the following steps: 

1.) Federal

2.) Other Tax Situations

3.) You will have to answer several questions, and then you will see a screen that asks if you received an IP PIN from the IRS (see screenshot)
