Incorrect SSN for my dependent

My dependent was just born in Jan 2021. I have his SSN but the system is telling me it’s incorrect. What do I do?

How is the program telling you it's incorrect? Did your return get rejected or is the program not allowing you to enter the number?

It got rejected and it’s telling me the SSN doesn’t match what the IRS has
