In the review section, Form 1099-B Worksheet cost basis must be entered, but will not load and just keeps spinning. How do I fix it?

I have already updated and cleaned up my computer, disabled pop-up blocking, deleted cookies and cache, and tried several different browsers, and I cannot get this review page to load and cannot get past it.

Go back to your original 1099-B entry in your Federal Return and enter your Cost Basis, if you are unable to enter it in the Review section.
