I was born in Oregon, how do I establish my residency, when I lived there my whole life

In the Personal Info section for your name you should have selected Oregon as your resident state.  If you did not live in any other states in 2016 then you should have indicated you did Not.  If you did not make money in any other states in 2016 then you should have indicated that you did Not.
