I have my code for turbotax 2017. Where do I enter it to get my download without paying again?

In the FILE tab when you are asked to pay there is an option to enter the code at the bottom of the screen ... look carefully for it as it will not be in big red letters.

I don't see anything at the bottom of the screen that gives me the option to enter a code. I only see a form to enter credit card info.
