I was in the Federal, Wages and Income, and I have a W-2 but also self-employment income and expenses. A video popped up describing how Turbotax helps with identifying expenses etc. Then after the video an option to link my bank accounts as a means for Turbotax to ensure we don't miss any expenses, I can't remember what I clicked but that feature disappeared. After numerous chats with live agents and calls, no one seems to be able to know where it went. Help with thanks.
