In regards to Turbo Tax fixing simtulus payments, does this include the customers with "status not available"?

Yes, you should receive your stimulus payment even if the IRS status is Not Available. Updates may not be immediately reflected on IRS.gov, including the Get My Payment tool. 

Customers receiving a stimulus payment will receive an email from TurboTax letting them know their stimulus payment is on the way. We have been working tirelessly with the Treasury and IRS to get stimulus payments to our customers. We know how important these funds are for so many Americans and we regret that an IRS error caused a delay.

We are happy to share that stimulus payments will begin to be deposited on January 8th for millions of our customers affected by the IRS error. We expect most of these payments to be available that day, but banks could take a few business days to process. Payment will be deposited into the same bank account that customers received their 2019 tax refund.

So you guys updated my bank account and then send it to my old account again so I didn’t get my simtulus check at all so can you guys fix that?

No.  Sorry that you are having an issue with the IRS.  TurboTax does not issue refunds or Stimulus checks.  TurboTax is a tax preparation platform.  If you have submitted your return to the IRS, then TurboTax is out of the picture.  IRS is forbidden to discuss your information with TurboTax because of privacy laws.  

If your address is incorrect, most likely, the IRS will issue your Stimulus in a check or debit card.
