Why won't the Premier version allow me to enter my schedule C expenses? I have always been able to in past years

I am asked a series of questions and then the system tells me I am done without advancing to the expense section. What is going on?

In order to enter your business expenses, you'll need to upgrade to TurboTax Home & Business. This has been the case for a number of years.
