I cannot import my tax data from Morgan Stanley to TT. I spoke with a Morgan Stanley tech rep, who verified that all was well on their end. I did try to have someone from TT view my screen and try to figure things out, but to no avail. The TT import screen still asks you to import after it should be all done.
I see that the same problem existed last year, and wasn't fixed until March 20. Are we going to have to wait that long? Is it possible to obtain TXF format data from Morgan Stanley?

Thank you! I hadn't realized the data is sent via the browser rather than from Morgan Stanley directly to TT. Enabling local connections did the trick, although I also shut off my virus software to make sure.
