Importing data from T Rowe Price

Every time I try to import from T Rowe Price, I get the message There was an error importing from this financial institution. I have tried three different browsers at least 20 times total over the last three days. I have contacted T Rowe Price and they claim that there is nothing on their end that they can see that would be causing this problem. I'm not the first person to ask this question, but I do not see an answer.
