import my 1099 forms from financial institution

I have tried to import my 1099 forms directly from the turbotax desktop version. Both times it directed me to the login in to the institutions and confirmed "Success! We got your tax data. You can now return to TurboTax.". However, both times the Turbotax window didn't move to the next window showing the imported info (vaguely remember from last year). If I clicked on "Continue" in the window it will send to the browser (Chrome) and do it again
