I get the screen to login to Intuit before connecting to my brokerage but the User ID and Password fields are not enterable. Anyone experiencing this? Any resolution?

Is it greyed out? are there any error messages being received? can you please provide just a bit more information so that we may adequately assist.
steps:
I've rebooted, reinstalled the software, rebooted, always get the same result. There are no errors presented to me.

Please try a different brower like Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. We don't know what system you are using, but many people have been successful using Microsoft Edge. If you are still experiencing issues, please let us know the system you are using to better assist you.
This is for the desktop software. Deluxe edition. I do use Edge and Chrome as browsers but neither one is used for this operation.
I'm having a similar problem, on Edge (my IT department only lets me use Edge). When I click on the link to log into Intuit, I just get a blank white box. This is an attempt to log into Fidelity.
