I have the same problem! Its like our social security numbers don't exist, but they sure took money out of my account real fast. What to do????
Very frustrating.. Will definitely take money out, but wont put it back in same account, that taxes were paid out of. My info is in there , just cant load banking info...
Lots of bugs
The trick was to look up my STANDARD address on zip code lookup/usps. NOT the way I used the address on my tax return. I also used the dashes in the social security field.
This still does not work I try every day for both my spouse and I. We owed the last 2 years on taxes. I really wish there was another way to put information in.
Did both. Does not work

Greetings,
Solution: make sure you enter the exact amount on line 22 or 23 = Tax Due ... which will include any penalty figured by the Turbo Tax program.
I was entering the actual tax due without the penalty (since it was later increased by our friends at the IRS)
--> Also:
** Another issue I may have had was that I did not pay taxes due with my bank acct, rather I used a cash back credit card, meaning they did not have my bank acct info on file to verify
** It took my daughter 23 days to get her check:
Tax File date to deposit date
After using both 2018 + 2019 tax info
I kept getting this message:
The information you have entered does not match our records. Please try again.
If you used information from your 2019 tax return, the return may not have been processed yet. Please enter information from your 2018 tax return instead and try again.
Good Luck and pray for your children / grand children who will be paying for all the Gov'ments free hand outs from both the Re-Pub's + Demo-Rats.
IRS says the info I enter on get my payment tool does not match their records, it's the same info given when I recieved my 20019 taxes back on my Emerald card. SSN,Birthdate and address

I never use the dashes in my ssn. But it did help to type out drive instead of dr. And south instead of s. Mine says payment is scheduled To be deposited on may 13th. Not that it was. Just scheduled to be. And it hasn’t been.
And how do you do that?
I HAVE THE ANSWER! Did it online with the IRS agent (after a 40 minute hold)
I'm not sure why this stupid issue is there, but it is. When filling the boxes, DO NOT USE THE TAB BUTTON! Just click into the fields directly, never using the tab button. Also, on the first page, identify the tax year (ie. 2019) you're paying on, but on the second page (to verify your person) use 2018 as the year, since the 2019 tax filing may not yet be registered (per the IRS agent). When I used 2018 to verify, then didn't tab at all, just clicked directly in to fields / boxes, it accepted it, after failure 10- 12 times with 4 different browsers, and then moved me on to the direct payment page. Although the browser doesn't seem to be the issue, when I walked it through with the IRS agent, I made sure we were on the same browser, and that was INTERNET EXPLORER. Then, when she tried with "tabbing," she got in, and when tried without "tabbing," she got the same error msgs I was getting. DO enter no dashes in the SS#, even though the system adds them automatically after you go to a new box.
You'd think all of our tax dollars could pay for some more IT people, because this system is a bunch of nonsense! But, I did tell the IRS agent that I thought this issue should be sent to IT. Who knows how many people are having the same issue, and the IRS agent didn't know. It was just by chance that she indicated to try it without using "TABS."
I calles turbotax today
If you dont not have a direct depost through them they can not help. Still not sure what he ment but i told him my bank is through walmart and he said there was nothing they can do. But if they did get your stimules check it woukd be sent back to the irs and you are most likey to get a paper check. Call them if you have questiones they might help you with... other than that we have to just play it out and see if it comes before the 15th. If you have not gotten ot after the 15 you will have to claim it on your taxes. I hope this helped
