It depends on what you mean by saying you've signed the form.

If you've finalized and submitted your returns with the lower refund amount,  you will need to wait for them to be accepted or rejected. Go to our e-file status lookup tool to get your current status (pendingaccepted, or rejected).

If rejected, you may correct and resubmit.

If accepted, you'll have to amend.

Amendment instructions can be found here: https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1894381-how-to-amend-change-or-correct-a-return-you-already-filed

If you have not already submitted your returns, sounds like you could've switched either to the standard or itemized deductions and that hit your refund. To change which deduction you’re going to take – standard or itemizing – you take the following steps in TurboTax Online:

  1. First, open or continue working on your return
  2. From the black menu to the left, click Federal
  3. Next, click Deductions & Credits at the top in the white bar
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click the blue Wrap up tax breaks
  5. Continue until you see “You’ve chosen the [deduction]”
  6. Click the checkbox to Change my deduction
  7. Make your selection and click the blue Continue button to apply
