In order to remove the self employed portion of TurboTax, you can either go through and delete any schedule C and/or related forms in the Delete A Form section of TurboTax:
Login to TurboTax Self Employed online
Click Take me to my return
In the upper right corner, click "My Account > Tools".
In the pop-up window, select "Delete a form".
Click "Delete" next to the Schedule C and follow the instructions to remove the form/schedule.
You can also choose to Clear and Start Over your return to downgrade your version of TurboTax. This will mean any pre-loaded or manually entered information will be deleted and will have to be reentered.
