Illegal Charges for Services not performed

Last year Intuit charged me a state fee for filing and the state wouldnt accept my return because the federal wouldn't accept my return because it was late. Do they take everyones money and then dont deliver the forms? I still had to mail both of them in and pay their electronic filing fees. This is very crooked, and did anyone else have the same problem?

Did you use the Online browser version or the Desktop installed program?  When did you file?  After Oct 16?  Why wouldn't the IRS take your efile?
