IHSS Non-taxable Income

I receive non-taxable IHSS income for caring for someone I live with.  How may I report my non-taxable income so I can claim my Child & Dependent Care Expenses for my kids?  My husband has a full-time job.  I'm not sure how I can claim my child and dependent care credit since it looks like I don't work.

You cannot "have your cake and eat it too "  so you cannot get the credit using non taxable income.  You don't get both tax benefits.
