If you want to downgrade from Self-Employed, you will need to clear and start over. The details on how to do that are listed below.

If your return is still in progress and has not been efiled (or registered for the Free Edition), you can use the Clear and Start Over feature in TurboTax to delete your information.

Be aware that if you received a 1099-MISC with "Non-employment compensation" in Box 7, for work or services you performed, the IRS normally considers that self-employment income.
