Can I deduct the cost of membership dues and licensing fees if my work reimburses me for these costs already?

If your employer includes the reimbursement as taxable income (ie. Box #1, W-2) you can deduct the membership dues and licensing fees in full.

Otherwise, you can only deduct unreimbursed expenses.
