If you've logged in and can't proceed, then you
could play along with the wizard a few screens and see if at some point
you can click in the left column menu on Tax Home or Previous Taxes. Once you get to the typical Tax Home page you should be able to scroll down to "Your Tax Returns & Documents" to find the 2017 return --IF you are truly in the correct account. I told you in another thread how to check.
Otherwise, phone TurboTax Support for help. If you can't reach them by phone or it want's you to pay, then you can directly message a TurboTax Support agent at Facebook or Twitter.
