I need to finish filing 17 and im not able to for some reason unknown to me

If you started your 2017 return using TurboTax online, you'll no longer be able to complete it online. You'll now need to purchase the software to be downloaded to your computer and complete your return there. Additionally, your prior-year return will need to be printed and mailed.
