I want to take all the expenses I can, but I don't want to have to pay back my ACA Georgia subsidy. What is the minimum amount of income I can make, and still qualify to receive the subsidy for 2015?

If you received the payments of the Advance credit, you will not need to repay it because your income is too low.
As a side note, you are required to take all of your expenses. Not doing so with the intent for receiving a benefit (such as receiving a tax credit) would be fraud.

There is a minimum. You are required to have at least poverty level income. That is the biggest Catch22 in legislation .
You must project to claim at least 100% of the Federal Poverty Level in household income to qualify for tax credits through ObamaCare. This is true in all states. In 2015 this is $11,770 and it raises by about $100 a year.
