In the past I was asked ti enter interest/Dividends from life insurance policies. I am not seeing that request for 2016?

In the past I was asked ti enter interest/Dividends from life insurance policies. I am not seeing that request for 2016?
If you have reportable interest or dividends from a life insurance policies (over $10) you should have received a 1099 INT or 1099 DIV directly from the Life Insurance Co, which you would then enter under "Interest" or "Dividends". If you did not, you don't have income to report.
