Can i delete this account because i just recovered my old account password?

this account has the same info on my old account so thats why im having issue with dependents

If you have not filed with the new account and want to continue with the old account you can do so. Unfortunately one cannot delete a Turbotax account.

can you elaborate more? Please correct my understanding , you filed with your old account previous year and also filed with the new account this year.
