If you are looking at a Summary screen that shows the net amount of cash you will receive, then the state amount you owe is subtracted from your Federal refund. I know this screen is confusing. Sorry.

I can't find my old tax return documents. All information says "Go to Tax Home and scroll down to select "Your tax returns & documents". "Tax home" isn't on my screen.
