If Turbo Tax made an error on my 2022 tax filing how can I get them to pay for my interest fees which are said to be paid by turbotax when they create an error in filin?

Turbox Tax added a number on my 2022 1099 form that was false and caused my return to be off by a lot. I see the error now that I am filing 2023 taxes. I have to amend my 2022 taxes and there are fees for late taxes. TurboTax has writing about satisfaction guarantee which says if they made an error that they will pay the amendment fees incurred by late filing. How do I collect payment from TurboTax for the late fees due to an amendment from their mistake?
