If there is no instruction on my return for the mail filing what should I do?

I downloaded my return to file it by mail, but there is no first page of instructions with my return. I'm filing my federal return and my Indiana state return. Where do I send them? Is there any other information I need to include?

You can look on the last page of the instructions to form 1040 to see where you mail your federal return. It will vary depending on where you are filing from and whether you have a refund or not. This is what is says for Indiana:
