Cannot import Scottrade brokerage account information, even though it is being input correctly. Please help!

I can login okay from a different tab but TurboTax does not successfully import this information.

If there is an issue with you importing the file I highly suggest that you scroll to the bottom and manually enter the information.

 You can always Save & Sign out and clear you computer cache setting and history and sign back into your account. If that doesn't work I would recommend trying a different browser.
