If the form has requested that I enter something even though the space is blank on my W-2, what do I do?

I am trying to e-file and it keeps requesting information that is not on my W-2. Should I put 0?

Please clarify. Which box on Form W-2 is TurboTax asking about?

What state? Is it for boxes 15-20? If your state is not listed it doesn't have an income tax. Leave W2 boxes 15,16, & 17 BLANK, empty, no spaces. Same for 18, 19, & 20.

I’m amending my New Jersey state tax returns to request a refund based on the Difficulty of Care income exclusion. Besides my W-2, what other proof can I provide?
