If the address on your license is different than the address your living in can you still claim HOH ?

As long as you meet the requirements. The address on your driver's license does not have any effect on whether or not you can file Head of Household.

No. The only relevance your address plays in this decision is that you must live in the U.S. When you go through the Personal Info section, TurboTax will let you know if your situation qualifies you for Head of Household
