You either pay the Turbo Tax fees before you file with a credit card or have the fees deducted from a federal refund.  If the IRS keeps your Refund for something then The sbtpg bank will send you an email to pay the fees and if you don't pay they will debit your bank account.

 By the way, Somehow you upgraded to the LIVE expert help feature for higher cost.  How to remove Turbo Tax Live.  There are 2 different ways to remove Live depending on how you added it
