TurboTax does not have your stimulus check. If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund then a third party bank removes your fees and sends the rest of the refund to you. That bank account information is what went to the IRS with your tax return so that the refund could be processed by the third party bank.
If your stimulus check went to that account, it would be returned to the IRS and the IRS issues a check and mails the check to the address you entered on your tax return.
Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com

Yes the stimulus payment would have been sent to the same bank that your refund was sent to. With your tax refund, the bank deducted the TurboTax fees and sent the balance to your bank account. That bank cannot forward your stimulus payment to your bank so it will be rejected and the IRS will issue a paper check and mail it to you at the address on your tax return.
Most of the time, the IRS knows that you used a refund transfer bank, and will avoid using it for a deposit, and will mail you a check or debit card instead. And if the IRS does try to make a stimulus deposit to SBTP bank, the bank will try to recognize it and block it, which will also cause the IRS to mail a check. In the rare case that SBTP accepts a deposit in your name, they will contact you.
Use the IRS web site to check the status of your payment and to give the IRS your correct bank account information.

Ok thank you both, you wouldn’t by any chance an estimate on how long this is supposed to take. I used the IRS get my refund tool and it just says the money was deposited to that account on April 15th

Your tax refund is not your stimulus check.
If your tax refund was deposited on April 15 at SBTP, it should have been transferred to your regular bank within 2 days. In some cases, SBTPG can't transfer the money because of a problem with your identification (caused by the US PATRIOT act restrictions on banking) or your bank won't accept the deposit. In that case, SBTP usually tries to contact you. Did you get any emails? That might have been discarded as spam? I think they send the money back to the IRS if they can't contact you after 4 weeks.
You should contact them separately at the phone number listed by @xmasbaby0 .
Separately, you can check the IRS stimulus web site to see that status of that payment. It might not have been issued yet, my Dad just got his last week. If it was issued, there should be information about how and when.
Yea that was a mistake I meant to say track my payment status and it said my stimulus payment was issued on April 15th. I tired the number but the system only asks for my social which it then said was invalid...I’ll just contact the IRS...thank you all for the response.
