If my refund is rejected, can I refile and submit through a different tax service?

If my tax return is rejected by the IRS I would like to know instead of correcting and resubmitting through the Turbo tax can i use a different tax service or software other than Turbo tax to resubmit my corrected tax return?

Yes, if it rejects it wasn’t filed so you can abandon it.

Do you know how long it will take to indicate if a return was approved or rejected? It has shown "Accepted" since January 24th.

Is your return wrong?  Then you need to mail in an Amended return to correct it.

oh I thought Accepted, Rejected, and approved were the status types.

I received a few missing tax documents (1099-r and w-2) that I definitely need to have amended into my 1040, also it was my first time doing my taxes, so im hoping that it will be rejected so I can have a professional resubmit the corrected version.

You submit a return.  It is Accepted or Rejected for processing.   If it is Accepted then the IRS processes it and then approves your refund.
