If you filed a joint return then you can (since a spouse could not have been claimed as a dependent) :
1) ask him for a copy of the return and/or the AGI
2) get a copy from the IRS
Go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
For a fee of $43 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf
were you divorced in 2022 or in a prior year?
Good catch ... if YOU did not file a return for 2021 because you were not married any longer then your AGI would be ZERO.
If you are not filing MFJ this year, then his last year AGI does not apply at all. Either use zero or tell TurboTax that you did not file last year and skip the AGI question completely.
I'm still married but he just up and abandoned his entire family left us homeless in September 2021. He did claim me and my children and he got their child tax credit which was about 9000 dollars and gave us not a dime
No still married
