If you're using TurboTax Live Deluxe you would have been quoted the price for filing a federal return, state is additional: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/compare/online/

If I was charged what I was actually quoted which was free I would not be on here complaining about the amount I was charged! Instead nothing on my invoice said free for state nor federal especially when I finished filing for H&R Block who was actually only $40 I wouldn’t have switched to you guys to rip me off with a bait and switch pricing tactic!

Did you start in TurboTax Free Edition? If you did and have a simple return, you may have inadvertently upgraded to a paid product. I already submitted payment which clearly states that unless you didn’t submit payment  but I didn’t file yet either so that I can’t be told that I can’t get a refund.
