Please see this Help Article for information regarding Refund Advance.
You will want to make sure the primary taxpayer's information on the return matches the information in the Credit Karma account. If it does, please contact Credit Karma on their Contact Us page.
thank you so much!!
that was not the issue- TurboTax is just holding onto the money.
You have to apply for the refund advance before submitting your tax return. You can't apply for the Refund Advance after you file your taxes. If you did apply for the Refund Advance and were accepted for the loan and your tax return was accepted, you will receive an email with further instructions, so please check your spam folder if it's not in your inbox. Please make sure the primary taxpayer information matches exactly the same as your Credit Karma account. Changing any information in one account like your password, phone number, mailing address or email doesn't automatically change it in the other account. TurboTax only assists you with your tax return, not issuing your tax refund. If you have gotten the email and your tax return was accepted by the IRS, you will need to reach out to Credit Karma. You can contact them by clicking here.
