If I purchase one of the premium packages that includes small business support, and I have multiple federal filers in my home (two returns) is that supported? Thanks

I have deleted the answer that was for personal tax returns since you were apparently asking about TurboTax Business. 

The TurboTax Business product which is installed on your PC computer, can prepare and efile up to 5 federal tax returns.

You cannot use TurboTax Business to file personal tax returns. It can only be used for business tax returns.
If you need to file personal tax returns, you need one of the personal products. They are available as both CD/downloads and online. The most economical to prepare more than one return is the CD/download product. All of the CD/download products have the same forms. All except Basic include one state in the price when bought from TurboTax directly. The higher cost versions provide more help for specific topics. You can see a comparison on the web site.
