If I owe the IRS, and filed back in March with turbo tax, how do I go about paying?

We have been checking our online IRS account but it says we owe nothing yet.

If you did not set up a direct debit with your filing then there should have been a 1040-V in your paperwork to mail in a payment  if the online direct pay will not acknowledge your filing yet.

Here is a blank form (with instructions)  you can fill in and use :  https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-1040-v

Check your state's web site for their payment options if needed.

Okay that’s what I thought, we did receive vouchers with an amount, just thought this method was antiquated and preferred to pay online. However, my total due for the vouchers is calculating to be more than what my tax return states I owe? Do they charge more if you do payments opposed to paying in full?

Be careful.  The tax due is a 1040 V voucher.  Just pay that one. It is a single payment.  It was due April 18.

The 1040ES are estimates for next year. The 1040ES quarterly estimated tax payments DO NOT get sent to the IRS or state with your return. They are optional to pay. Turbo Tax is very conservative and doesn't want you to owe too much next year. They might have printed out if you got a one time large income this year. Like if you took a IRA or 401K distribution. You can ignore them. You might want to adjust your withholding at work so you won't owe too much next year.

Your tax due is a Single 1040 V voucher unless you entered your bank account for the IRS to pull it out.
