Enter what your occupation was in 2019, even if you only worked part of the year. If you didn't work at all in 2019, enter either what your usual occupation is when you are working, or enter "unemployed." But if you are not working because you are staying home to care for children, enter "homemaker."

It's really not important what you enter for your occupation, so don't stress over it. It doesn't affect your taxes.
