If I’m filing by mail and no e-file do I need to mail off the documents myself or do y’all do that?

You will need to mail your federal tax return (and State, if you are required to file a state return).  Be sure to include all of your supporting documentation (W-2s, 1099s, etc.).  You will get instructions about what to mail and where when you print your completed return.
