You will not be able to use the 2025 desktop download on a PC with Windows 10; you can still use online TurboTax.

You can use any Online version BUT the desktop versions do NOT support Windows 10.

you can only use online since that does not require W11.

for the online option note Turbotax has an offer for 2025 if you do buy desktop you can switch to online premium for Fed+State for no extra cost.  Normally online is a more expensive option if you need the premium version or file multiple returns.  The installer will stop on Win 10 and offer this option but see details below

Be aware online is not identical to desktop, the workflow/functionality is different in particular no forms mode, and you can only prepare 1 return per account.   I think it does have some better document upload/import capabilities however.  See this article
