Not necessarily. A 1095-C is for private insurance. A 1095A is for insurance from the Marketplace (ACA or Obamacare). You only enter a 1095A if you get one.
It is possible to have both----but only if you had marketplace insurance for part of the year and got other health insurance sometime during the year---or vice versa. If the insurance for the 1095C is the insurance you had for the whole year, you will not have a 1095A.
