 nope. no taxes at all under $5000. dont need to report it whatsoever

you have to go to a lottery office to cash tgat and nobody asked me for ID as long as your signatue on claim form and ticket match your signature on receipt at time of pick up

with covid and for authenticity reasons the wait is longer than it used to be but u will get your money. if you win a million it takes about 6 months to get the money

@kittenkat626 You are posting a question about a lottery ticket to a user forum that is here to answer questions about income tax returns.   You have not even mentioned what state you are in.  We do not know what your state will do in regard to your outstanding traffic ticket/winning scratch off lottery ticket.

Any update I have won also $25k I sent in the claim October 10th yet I just called and told me my wait time started November 10th that’s when my ticket was processed the waiting sucks man somedays I’ll forget I won only to be reminded when I see something relating to lotto.

I usually send in the form 569h form. Then deduct my federal credit union taxes towards my home owners coalitions tax. That way California deducts your federal form 432s required, to infiltrate the w2g form you were sent . Sounds like you just need to do that and everything will be hunky doorie! Good question.

Update on your recall of form 567b is going through. Just regulations that California residents have to predicate to the primary holders of the first form. As your deductible for qualified taxes go. Your fine. Good day  excellent question.
